Working as a home health physician, I am really impressed at the level of care provided by the management team. I appreciate them in doing an excellent job in taking care of my elderly patients. During the period I was visiting, I noticed no bedsores on patients who are bed bound. This is an example of the care rendered at the care home. The staff is well trained in diabetic care as well. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a care home for elderly or disabled in their family.

I have always found the facility to be professionally supervised and maintained. The staff is always present and helpful. During my visits, the home has always been clean, well maintained, and patient information (which is State of Arizona mandated) has always been organized and available. It is always a pleasure to visit your home. You provide a “family friendly” facility. I would rate your home 10/10.

The medication records are very accurate. The management team did not change orders without my or the hospice doctor’s consent. The staff is very courteous and their cooking is also noted by others. The emotional and physical needs of their patients and staff are of utmost concern to them and many patients and their family have expressed their appreciation.

The friendly and professional staff ensures all of my mom’s daily needs are met in timely fashion. They are patient, kind, and never force a resident to do something they do not wish to do. Whenever my mom has serious medical troubles, the management team personally makes the calls to arrange for all of my mom’s medical needs to include doctors, visiting nurses, and the hospice staff which comes to the residence to provide extra care and assist with showers. The staff serves great home cooked meals prepared fresh each day. The house is clean, comfortable, and always welcoming. I can rest easy knowing that my mom is being well cared for and will be there until her passing.

The care and compassion that you and your staff showed her went way beyond what is found in most care facilities. You do much more than what is necessary, taking a pro-active role in her care and well-being. Your caring interaction and activities provided her with the best quality of life her health would allow. You were a tireless advocate for her, finding and coordinating the health care resources, managing her prescriptions and communicating with her doctors. Your organizational skills and knowledge made what sometimes seemed like an overwhelming list of health factors much easier to navigate. Your staff always took the time to show my mother they care about her. They provided delicious, healthy meals and always made sure she got enough nourishment even when she wasn’t feeling well. Your support didn’t end when we lost her; you were there for us as well. We really can’t thank you enough. I am certain that she couldn’t have received more loving care; we are very lucky to have found you.

The house is always clean and neat and it is run like a family, not just patients in their rooms. They all, who are capable of doing so, sit at a table to eat their meals, there is a large screen TV set up in the family room and they can all sit together and talk or watch TV. They can sit outside, weather permitting, when it is nice and get some sun and fresh air and visit together. The caregivers sit with them or talk to them, all one big happy family. I am very glad I placed my cousin here, who seems happy and doesn’t complain about being treated badly or being unhappy. She often mentions how nice everyone is.
