The current COVID-19 pandemic means that it is critical that we take every precaution possible. We must prevent this virus
from entering our care home and protecting our residents’ health and safety is our top priority. Experts are recommending we
suspend individuals that are non-essential to patient care from entering our building and to ensure sick employees stay home.
At this time, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) continue to
recommend restrictions on visitation in all long-term care settings. Therefore, the federal and state directive to restrict
visitation at nursing facilities and assisted living communities remains active. We continue to follow stringent infection
control protocols and guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a virus which poses serious health risks to the frail
and elderly population.
We understand the challenges of not being able to physically visit your loved one or friend, but
encourage you to use other forms of communication via phone, text, FaceTime, etc. Right now, these interventions are needed
to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our vulnerable residents. Please know that we want to keep your loved ones safe and will
keep you informed with any changes. We will continue to find ways to help you have meaningful interactions with your loved one.
We are committed to doing everything we can to protect them.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Please make sure we have your latest contact information. Thank you for
