Pebble Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, as a directed-level of care for a capacity of up to 10 residents. We are able to care for residents until the end of life, also being able to provide comfort, end-of-life, and hospice care. The AZ DHS licenses and inspects assisted living facilities to ensure compliance with state regulations. Through these regulatory activities, the AZ DHS protects Arizona citizens who receive long-term care services. We provide quality, personalized senior care in a family and home-like residential setting.

Our Caregivers Make the Difference

At Pebble Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care, we recognize that our caregivers are the key to our success in delivering exceptional assisted living care. Each caregiver is chosen from many applicants after having gone through an extensive interview, referral, and background check process.

Pebble Heights Assisted Living caregivers: maintain order, safety, and cleanliness; assist with medication regimens; prepare and serve nutritious and home-made meals and snacks that meet daily nutritional and special dietary needs; assist with laundry; ensure safety evacuation in the event of an emergency; and ensure that residents receive the kind and amount of supervision and care required to not only meet, but exceed each resident’s unique needs and preferences.
